Managing Partner
With 35+ years of brokerage experience in St. Charles and The Metro West, Keith’s specialties include Office & Industrial Sales and Leasing, Land Sales and Development Consulting, Investment Property Sales, as well as Bank-Owned Real Estate Dispositions.
Keith also has extensive experience in business park development, providing in-depth expertise in land planning, site and utility review, and market analysis, as well as the development of office, retail and industrial product types.

Managing Partner
Joe Schneider has extensive experience and expertise in Office & Industrial Sales and Leasing, Land Sales and Development Consulting, and Investment Property Sales. Prior to co-founding Schneider Commercial Partners, Joe spent over 9 years at Cushman & Wakefield, being involved in over $300 million of transaction volume. Joe has a complete real estate background in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, and he is uniquely skilled in helping clients make informed and calculated decisions on complex real estate matters.
